Why is demographic data not included on the check form?
This digital check form is meant to serve as a tool to assist certified child passenger safety technicians and instructors in collecting data about car seat checks that they perform. At the same time, we have an obligation to respect the privacy rights of parents and caregivers. Therefore, demographic data is not collected through this resource. 2) An "Event" field has been added to the Caregiver Information to help with differntiate between events.
3) "Final Inspection Sign-Off" has been added to section 5.
